Privacy Policy

Dear Darling (hereinafter referred to as the "App") prioritizes the protection of users' personal information and conversation content. This policy explains what information the App processes, how it stores and transmits it, and how it protects users' rights.

If this policy changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app notices and this page.

1. Key Summary

• Conversation originals and partner information are stored only on the device and are not stored on servers.
• When receiving AI replies, your messages and partner information summary are transmitted to the server via encrypted (TLS) communication, used only for immediate AI analysis, and not stored after processing.
• AI analysis is performed through Alibaba Cloud servers, and the text required for analysis is transmitted to that service.

2. Information Collected and Processed

The following describes the information items processed by the App and their paths.

2.1 Information stored only on device (not transmitted externally)

This information is immediately deleted from the device when the app is uninstalled or app data is deleted.

2.2 Information transmitted to server for AI analysis (not stored on server)

When a user requests message analysis, the following information is transmitted to the server via encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS).

• This text information is processed only in memory after reply generation and is not recorded in any database.
• The server only stores the anonymous usage metadata described in 2.3 below, not the original text.

2.3 Information stored on server

• The device identifier is not a hardware ID (Android ID, IMEI, etc.) but a unique per-install value generated by the app using cryptographic random numbers, stored on the server only as an irreversible hash.
• Conversation content, partner profile originals, and free text are not stored on the server.

2.4 Notifications

Anniversary notifications are local notifications scheduled on the device. Notification content is not sent by external servers, and no additional information is collected for notifications.

3. Third-party sharing

For AI reply generation, analysis request data is shared with the following service.

• Shared data is used only for reply generation purposes, subject to Alibaba Cloud's privacy policy and terms of service.
• Data is not sold to any third party or used for advertising purposes.

• All appserver communications are protected by TLS encryption (HTTPS).
• Server APIs are protected by device-registration-based authentication tokens, rejecting unauthenticated requests.
• Device identifiers are stored as hashes using one-way functions and cannot be reversed to the original value.

6. User rights

• Device data access, modification, deletion: Users can directly view, modify, and delete conversation records, profiles, and schedules within the app. Uninstalling the app (or Settings → Apps → Clear data) immediately removes all local data.
• Server record deletion: To request deletion of device hashes and usage metadata stored on the server, please contact us via the email below. We will process it immediately upon confirmation.
• Since the server does not store conversation originals, there are no additional access or export targets for conversation content.

7. Children's personal information

This app is not targeted at children under 14 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Advertising and tracking

• We do not use advertising identifiers (AAID).
• We do not include behavioral tracking, third-party analytics, or crash reporting SDKs.
